The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on anonymous employee feedback from an online survey. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners across the United States.
The entire Top Workplace program was founded on the belief that the most successful companies are the ones that the employees believe in. There are only 22 questions on the survey, but each question touches on one of the three critical elements of the workplace:
1. Organizational health
This assesses the fundamentals of the company, including values, execution, leadership, and the culture.

3. Engagement - How the company motivates employees and how they feel about working there overall.
