The Basement Doctor honored as one of CEO and Columbus Dispatch TOP Workplace 2015

The Basement Doctor is pleased to announce that we have been selected as one of Columbus CEO and 10TV's Top Workplaces for 2015.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on anonymous employee feedback from an online survey. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners across the United States.

The entire Top Workplace program was founded on the belief that the most successful companies are the ones that the employees believe in. There are only 22 questions on the survey, but each question touches on one of the three critical elements of the workplace:

1. Organizational health
This assesses the fundamentals of the company, including values, execution, leadership, and the culture.

2. The day-to-day job
This addresses interactions with managers, pay, training, and work/life balance. 

3. Engagement - How the company motivates employees and how they feel about working there overall.

The Basement Doctor was the only home improvement company to make the list for 2015, and we couldn't be happier that our employees love us as much as we love them! Columbus CEO Magazine published the complete list of Top Workplaces in their May 2015 issue. They also put on a great event to honor all of the companies that made list that took place on April 30, at COSI. Several of our employees attended.
